1. As this item is classed as a consumable and due to Covid-19 restrictions this item has a no return condition, unless faulty. If your item is faulty we will contact you to discuss your reimbursement options.
2. Beanie Boos are sold as a priority to our in-store customers. With Covid-19 restrictions we understand that not everyone is able to visit us in-store so we have added our squishy friends to the website! If you place an order and the product is no longer available you will be able to choose a different Beanie Boos or a store credit. 3. Online orders are shipped within 5 business days of your order date, unless there is a delay that is outside of our control.
